hey guys, i know its the holidays but that doesnt mean we dont train. IVP is just around the corner and we need to push even harder this time.
so trainings as usual, 5p.m.-7/7.30 p.m. mon, wed and fridays. any changes will be stated here. don't expect a special text to you cos we cant afford that, sorry.
