thank you elson for the reminder. anyway, since i wont be around for the next week or 2, or 3, i do hope training still goes on.

casey just started his attchment, elson tends to be pretty busy, so if neither are around, i've asked for a senior's help. some of you would've met him already. it's Nic Lim. he has experience in training of course, and he is also determined to improve himself.

so guys, lets work together and train real hard for this ivp. make ourselves proud! :D

for those people who went for time trial, this week's wednesday, all of you have heard what xian en said right?

starting from next week, I hope people who are going to IVP to come training. We only have one more month left before the IVP, so can we just use this one month to improve ourselves as much as possible?
