IVP 2009

so this year's ivp is over. i hope it was a good experience and fun for all of you. let's start on working harder for the next year, ok? :)

our winners!

800m free women : denise (gold), carina (silver)
50 and 100m backstroke women : gwen (silver)
4x50m and 4x100m free women's relay : denise, gwen, carina, minlee (bronze)

overall : men's (8th place), women's (3rd place!) an improvement from last year.

keep it up, people. next up on the event list, swim camp! :)

Post-IVP

Hey guys! Just a quick update. Therebwill be no training today ( Monday ). Training will resume this Wednesday, usual time. We might be doing a light land training so bring whatever you need for it. No running shoes needed though.
