Hello all, i received a loooooong sms this evening from John aka watever u like to call him.
"Hi, i have consulted a doctor for my back, well actually, shoulder problem. Its like the 3rd time im consulting this doc for this same problem over 6 weeks. it hasnt gotten any better with the meds and plasters. she is recommending i consult an orthopaedist.i will not be attending training till it recovers. And yes i know ive told you injury issues many a times but theyre real and pschologically and physically disturbing.i just dun wanna turn a temporary injury to a permanent one..i hope you do not think im trying to skip trainings. i will work on my lower for the time being.cya."
so guys! pls be supportive of him,continue to keep him invovled in swim team! prob you guys can get him to come down to some of the land trainings or light kicking.whatever tt he is permitted to!
